Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please call our customer service department toll free between 11:00 AM-6:00 PM EST Monday-Friday @ 1 (631) 923-0603 for return authorization. Please have your order number and credit card information available.
All returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and have all original tags attached.
Please make sure all pet and human hair is removed and the item is in clean, sell-able condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during return shipping.
Fetch Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit.
Unless an error is due to a mistake by FETCH SHOPS, original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the original cost of the product.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours after we receive the returned item.
You will receive an e-mail notification once the return and/or exchange has been processed.

Clothing – Handknit, 100% Cashmere Sweaters from Aristotle Knight, Handknit Clothing from Maison D’Arabella. Please measure your pet carefully and refer to the measuring guides provided by each brand specifically.
