Q. How can I visit your boutique?
We love when our customers visit our boutique! We offer additional product lines like dog treats, toys, luxury shampoo and grooming products, carriers and bedding that are not available for on-line purchase. So if you can, we encourage a visit and don’t forget to bring your furry four-legged best friend! We welcome all well-mannered dogs on leash, all the time.
Our store is located in downtown Huntington Village, NY (Long Island). Our address is 310 New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743. Cross streets: Main Street & Gerard Street
We are easily accessible by car from Long Island or NYC (about 45-50 min).
We are located within 10 minutes of the Huntington LIRR Station. Station taxi service is available.
Ample street (metered parking) or FREE off-street parking in designated town parking lots is available. (The closest public parking lot is 1 block away. Enter on West side of New York Ave, ½ block North of Gerard Street.
Q. How do I know what size to order for my dog?
Every designer or brand uses slightly different size specifications when developing their products. Please refer to the size specifications and charts available for every sized item online for clarification. When in doubt, we are very comfortable assisting you to find the perfect fit. We are not just an online store but a brick and mortar boutique that fits and sizes dogs in person every day. Q. How much is shipping?
All domestic orders ship for FREE via USPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days. Priority USPS shipping is available if selected during checkout, for an additional charge and should arrive within 1-3 business days.
Q. When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. If you purchase an item on “Pre-Order”, expected ship dates will be noted on the product page. During extremely busy shipping times, like the holiday season, orders can take between 3-5 business days to ship. If there is any extended delay in shipping product to you, we will send you an e-mail notification. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally but hope to in the future.
Q. What if there is a problem with my order?
We are happy to help. If you have problems placing an order or receiving an order please e-mail us at fetchshops@gmail.com.
Please note we are not able to re-direct orders shipped via USPS. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you discover an error after your order is placed, please contact us immediately via email at fetchshops@gmail.com, with your order number so that we can make corrections before it is shipped.
Q. What if I need to return or exchange my online order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! All regular priced, (online) orders can be exchanged, (when possible) or refunded within 14 days. Return or exchangeable items must be new, unused, unwashed and with original tags attached to qualify for return or exchange.
All Sale items are FINAL Sale and are not returnable and do not qualify for an exchange. So please consider this before placing an order online.
All online orders require an authorization to return or exchange. Please email us at fetchshops@gmail.com with your request to return or exchange. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. We will email you with detailed return instructions. If an exchange is requested, we will ship your exchange as soon as the original product is received back in the like new condition noted above.
Please note we do not offer pre-paid returns. You will be responsible for the return cost of postage. Please do not return items directly to the vendor

Q. What if I would like to return something I purchased in your store?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Most regular priced merchandise purchased in our boutique can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase if returned in new, unused, unwashed condition with tags attached. Items purchased in our boutique must be returned to the boutique in person for refund, credit or exchange.
Please note that special order items, treats or food products, shampoos and grooming items, toys, bedding and carriers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items on special Short-term promotion, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days for store credit. Sale items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
